聖母神慰 (OUR LADY CONSOLATA)

介紹

在先前的兩篇文章中, (關於”聖母神慰會” 以及 我們的創辦者 “真福 若瑟 阿拉瑪諾” ), 我在許多的場合中採用 “神慰” 的標題, 那是假設我們的讀者可能已經滿熟悉這個名稱,對聖母神慰傳教修會的我們而言,是非常珍貴的。

 

那只是我的假設,剛才遇到了我們讀者中的一位,他問我關於聖母神慰的名稱以及它與兩個修會創始者真福阿拉瑪諾之間的關係,因此,這篇文章,將針對上述關切的議題做出回應。

聖母神慰的起源與奉獻

對於位在義大利都靈郡頗負盛名的聖母神慰聖殿聖母的奉獻,我們得追溯到早期的基督宗教。從聖路加虔誠敬禮聖母與聖子雕像的傳統敬禮發展而來的。

 

根據這個傳統,聖尤斯比烏斯在四世紀將埃及的雕像帶到了意大利,並將其送到了都靈。 都靈主教聖馬克西姆斯,從380到420,把這個雕像放在城市西北角的一個小的聖母聖殿內。

 

聖馬克西姆斯持續推廣對聖母的奉獻與熱愛,直到提倡破壞舊習者試圖破壞十字聖架,圖像和聖觸。 然而,聖母的雕像並未被毀壞,但仍被隱藏在都靈聖安德魯教堂的地下室,直至十一世紀初。

在1104年,法國布里安康的盲人約翰·拉維斯在一個夢中看到一個景象:埋在舊教堂的廢墟下,他看到了一幅聖母的畫像。它向他透露,該地點在意大利的都靈,經由他,我們的聖母將再次在那個地方被人尊崇。 她也答應他,他的視力將被恢復。

歐拉莫諾, 神慰聖母以及兩個聖母神慰傳教修會

到1880年,歐拉莫諾(日後為聖母神慰傳教男女修會的創辦者)擔任聖母神慰大殿堂區主任司鐸時,都靈的聖母神慰大殿幾乎變成了一個歌頌朝拜區。他翻新了聖殿。經由他不懈的精神,使這個地方成為一個真正的崇拜中心和全心奉獻給神慰聖母的祭壇,直到今天,經由神慰聖母的祈禱,這座聖殿一直保持著為所有拜訪的人們提供了源源不斷的恩典。

 

真福若瑟·歐拉莫諾在他擔任聖殿的堂區司鐸期間(1880 – 1926年在他死亡時)他一直都留在聖殿,對神慰聖母發展出極為堅強的熱愛。他變得十分景仰她,並引領他更深的進入神慰聖母聖潔的靈性情境中。

在天主教的靈性中,耶穌的母親經常與同情,溫柔和安慰相關聯。在1846年的La Salette的異相中,瑪利亞被認為是一個需要人類安慰流淚的母親;人類以為她兒子的王國工作來安慰她。 Consolata 這個字原先是“Consoled”。

 

瑪利亞也是給人類真正安慰的那一位,在彌賽亞和救世主耶穌之前。她是我們永恆的幫助之母,是所有安慰的母親。
